 Cuddin Eddie's Pepper Relish Products  .....  We are Eddie and Cindy Darce of Centerville, Louisiana, (deep in the heart of cajun country).   Cuddin Eddie's Pepper Relish began in 2006 with two varieties of pepper relish.  Since then, a barbecue sauce (mom's secret recipe), dry seasoning and olive oils have been added to the line.  Our goal is to bring you the highest quality, most natural products you can enjoy in all of your favorite dishes.  

 

 

Our pepper relish is made with a variety of fresh peppers, carrots and garlic.  Nothing dehydrated here!!  That's why you get that fresh pepper taste with every spoonful.  So many uses for our pepper relish....too many to list!

 

Mom's old-fashioned barbecue sauce is unlike any other sauce you have used.  Fresh onions, bell pepper and celery provide the base flavors for our thick sauce.  Slightly sweet (from the vegetables), and perfectly spiced, we use her original recipe!!  Fans include people that comment, "I normally don't like BBQ sauces, but this is so different and awesome I love it."

 

All of our olive oils are made with a high quality Greek extra virgin olive oil.  Our jalapeno olive oil is made with a mild jalapeno.  The green of the pepper is tasted initially, then it's followed with a slight heat (not too overpowering).   When cooking with sundried tomato and basil or roasted garlic and rosemary, little other seasonings are required.  But if so, reach for the fais do do! 

 

When we developed our dry seasoning, Cuddin Eddie decided right away that it would be named fais do do, because it creates a party in your mouth!

We use the oleo-resin (which is the oil of) paprika, garlic and onion.  This causes our seasoning to stand out from all the rest!!
