Throughout the 1950's, 60's & 70's Mom was famous for making her all day slow-cooked Bar-B-Q/Dipping sauce. Onions, bell pepper & celery are the base ingredients in our sauce, providing a great compliment to your barbequed meats.
After she passed away in 1977 the recipe was lost until we discovered it at my Uncle & Aunts home in 1997. You will love this sauce...we have many people tell us this sauce tastes the same as their Mom or Grandmother's sauce used to. It's a true Cajun style Bar-B-Q Sauce which we hope you will enjoy.
